Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibility level:

This role is responsible for driving online exposure for the brand/product across various digital channels, enhancing digital capability, designing consumer experience strategy and data-driven marketing execution, and delivering increased awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

This role is also responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple media channels.

The scope includes managing sales in online sales campaign, website performances, digital capability enhancement, online marketing strategy, data analytics, service planning/development and performance reporting, user experience optimization, and local initiatives.

Typical duties:

• Customer Experience enhancement across digital media channels

• Lead digital capability ramp-up and establishment to strengthen Customer Experience co-working with local IT/CXP(Customer Experience Platform) teams, regional sales/marketing teams and external partners in APAC((Japan, Australia, and Southeast Asia)
• Develop and optimize digital experience based on a thorough understanding of consumer/user behavioral data and user funnels
• Perform tasks varying from Brand website(mainly Delkor/VARTA) front-end renewals(UI/UX) and digital landscape revamp to SA/SEO marketing co-working with local IT/CXP(Customer Experience Platform) teams, regional sales/marketing teams and agencies

• Customer Relationship Management planning & consumer data management

• Oversee consumer/user communication journey and push performance and develop new and optimize current communication channels
• Work closely with contents agencies and platform partners to expand the customer pool and deepen engagements going for customer obsession and customer intimacy

• Digital capability (Marketing Technology) enhancement planning & implementation

• Lead change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts
• Strategy development and implementation of new digital marketing tools to improve overall business efficiency and effectiveness

• Content and Campaign Digital Marketing incl. social media channel marketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, advertisement, and sales tools for brand awareness and support sales to increase reach potential customers and promote core products to target customers
• Obtain market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for Delkor/VARTA battery product and directing promotional support. Maintain online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
• Create(Manage agencies to create) various digital marketing content and materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Marketing / Digital Marketing or a related field required
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing 
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Automotive-related industries
• Agency background
• Multinational corporations

• High energy with a strong passion for branding and marketing
• Comfortable in a multi-tasking and multi-time zone working environment
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced in utilizing marketing automation tools/analytics tools (i.e., GA365, GA4 etc.)
• Having knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite and UI/UX tools (i.e., Invision, Sketch etc.) preferred
• Strong sense of ownership to raise/solve issues and having positive attitude towards handling tough situations
• Strong ability to work in a multi-matrix organization by having good collaboration skills
• Fluency in English(Good command of written and spoken English/Korean)
