We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to join a high-growth global product team and own the channels that bring new users in. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, experiment constantly, and leverage AI tools to stay ahead of the competition.
Your impact:

  • Develop and scale Paid Social channels, building and optimizing campaigns using AI-powered tools for faster testing cycles.
  • Use AI to identify trends early, generate creative hypotheses, and surface insights to inform creative and bidding decisions.
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns and ad creatives to continuously improve performance.
  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable briefs for the design team.
  • Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to build full-funnel acquisition strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets, report on channel performance, and forecast the impact of UA activities on key business metrics.

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing with hands-on campaign management across paid channels.
  • Solid understanding of the Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, creative formats, and attribution.
  • Practical experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow, whether for research, content, analysis, or optimization.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and converting performance data into clear business forecasts and reports.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to generate ideas and find solutions rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

Skills Required
