YOUR IMPACT:
- Assist marketing team with operational tasks;
- Deliver research on marketing activities and analyze content within the Health & Fitness sphere;
- Reviewing advertisements to ensure alignment with company policies and guidelines;
- Configure, launch, conduct advertising campaigns on Facebook/Google/etc;
- Generate ideas for new advertising campaigns;
- Monitor performance of marketing campaigns, look for the causes of deviations and opportunities for growth;
- Set technical task for creative and content teams.
ABOUT YOU:
- Junior marketing specialist or recent graduate in Marketing / Business / Economics / Analytics;
- Intermediate+ English level;
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and support decision-making;
- Motivated to grow in digital marketing within a leading Ukrainian Health&Fitness Tech company;
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive;
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager to test ideas.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience working with data (Excel/Google Sheets);
- Previous experience in digital marketing or analytics projects;
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads Manager, or holds relevant digital advertising certification.
