Job Description

*Position is hybrid, candidate must live in Las Vegas, NV to be eligible.

Assists in the day-to-day operation of digital marketing activities, including corporate and property campaigns consisting of and not limited to E-mail, Website content and mobile/text. Generate, build, and analyze digital reports for executives and team members.  Digital Marketing representative and liaison to property marketing teams. Partners and provides support for digital needs that pertain to social media, reputation management, online media and online contests as needed. Provides routine audits, quality assurance and various duties to support the operational efficiency of the Digital Marketing Department. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: 

  • Construct email campaigns utilizing enterprise marketing platform. 
  • Works with marketing teams to gather collateral, data, and copy.  
  • Reviews and ensures that campaigns follow best practice guidelines and adheres to quality checklist. 
  • Performs A/B testing and personalization campaigns.  
  • Executes upon approval and provide post analysis of email results. Execute Mobile SMS blast and acquisition campaigns. 
  • Works with marketing teams to create engaging offer driven messages. 
  • Collaborate and execute SMS acquisition campaigns. 
  • Ensure best practices are followed. 
  • Publish digital website content.  
  • Performs content creation for property Websites, online player’s portal and third-party portals.  
  • Create A/B testing and personalization campaigns to drive incremental visits and conversions. 
  • Performs audits and quality assurance to ensure that information is up to date and systems are in proper working order. 
  • Reporting.
  • Assists with compiling of data for various reporting duties which include but are not limited to E-mail campaigns, Website, Player Portal, etc. 
  • Liaison to properties to facilitate digital marketing needs. 
  • Oversees digital campaigns in accordance with Digital Marketing Manager. 
  • Work with internal and external teams to facilitate successful digital marketing campaigns. 
  • Assists with various administrative tasks and duties for the Digital Marketing Department. 
  • Partner and supports social media, online media, reputation management and online contests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience with email marketing creation and execution. 
  • 1-3 years’ experience with website content creation. 
  • 0-1-year experience with SMS campaigns. 
  • Knowledge of HTML required. 
  • Understanding of JavaScript and CSS a plus. 
  • Working experience with Adobe Products. 
  • Salesforce experience a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or related analytics platforms. 
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated. 
  • Must be able to understand corporate etiquette and communicate appropriately with external departments. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus. 
  • Ability to complete assigned duties and responsibilities within timeframes provided. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Must respond quickly and effectively to changing business environment.
