We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Search) to join our dynamic in-house digital team and take ownership of our paid search and SEO activities. In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you will drive the execution and performance of Google Search, display and YouTube campaigns and play a key role in enhancing the organic visibility of our websites.

Working closely with our internal marketing teams and external agency partners, you’ll also support broader digital initiatives including campaign analytics, reporting, and digital platform optimisation. With a small and collaborative team structure, and a strong pipeline of digital projects, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make a real impact.

What you will bring?

You’ll be confident managing SEM and SEO campaigns end-to-end and comfortable navigating tools like Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager and Looker Studio. Ideally, you’ve had a couple of years of experience either in-house or in an agency setting, and you’re looking to step into a role where you can take ownership and become an trusted advisor to the marketing teams.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Transformation Manager, you'll act as an in-house search expert—executing paid campaigns, managing SEO strategies, and supporting analytics and platform performance.

What will you be doing

  • Implement and optimise Google Search, Display, and Video campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic
  • Manage tracking and reporting via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Deliver actionable insights to marketing teams and recommend performance improvements
  • Troubleshoot and support a wide range of digital platforms in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners

What will set you apart from the rest

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and 2+ years’ experience in SEM and/or SEO
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications
  • Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working across various digital platforms (CMS, email marketing tools, social media platforms) is a plus
  • Agency background or experience managing multiple stakeholders is a plus

To ensure your success in the role you will have current and a successful track record in the digital campaign management. You will have sound time management, an eye for detail and will be a trusted team player who also works well independently.
