The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Digital Marketing Specialist role will make an impact: 

 

  • Develop and adjust annual strategy in cooperation with the Department Head, for company’s portfolio and overall digital communication with specific timelines, budget and stakeholder responsibilities. Ensure that MCC strategy is translated into actionable tactics.
  • Accountable for daily execution of channel operating activities and management of MCC enhancements at local/regional and global customer communication platforms.
  • Participate in MCC projects to deliver insight into customer online needs and preferences, regarding brands, therapeutic areas and channels of communication, so as to understand optimal communication mix.
  • High business acumen of digital/MCC innovation trends in Greece/Europe (AI, Digital Health Solutions).
  • Collaborate with Marketing/ Commercial teams in order to execute digital marketing programs in support of the business, leveraging customer targeting, content personalization, marketing automation and multi- channel reporting.
  • Constantly monitor and measure performance, analyze metrics and adapt in execution to maximize business impact (measure customer satisfaction, business impact and ROI; manage promo expense and resource mix, etc.)
  • Work closely with Compliance, Medical, Legal and Finance teams, to ensure smooth execution of Digital strategy and tactics and that all Legal and Ethical standards are met.
  • Manage CoE to have marketing/digital materials ready on time.
  • Manage external agencies (like media, MR, advertising, etc)

 

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

 

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 4 years designated experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with the pharma industry is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while interacting with multiple stakeholders from various departments and key partners.
  • Enhanced presentation, data analysis and reporting skills are required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment that requires working independently and making decisions.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
