 Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web).
  • Create and curate engaging content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Optimize website content and user experience for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and update social media profiles to foster audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
  • Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing digital content.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
