Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web).
- Create and curate engaging content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Optimize website content and user experience for search engines (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage and update social media profiles to foster audience engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Knowledge of email marketing strategies and tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing digital content.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
