Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution, measurement, and optimization of paid and organic digital marketing initiatives for the Royal Canin and Eukanuba brands across North America. Serving as a key member of the Digital Strategy team, this role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched effectively, performance is measured accurately, and projects are delivered on time.
As a member of the Digital Strategy team, you will help bring digital marketing plans to life while supporting the measurement and optimization efforts that inform future business decisions. This highly collaborative team sits at the intersection of brand strategy, media activation, and analytics, playing a critical role in driving marketing effectiveness and delivering meaningful experiences for pet owners across North America.
What Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, project management, or a related field.
Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional projects, and working with external agency partners.
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a highly matrixed and evolving organization.
Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Coordinate and support the execution of paid digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across internal teams and agency partners.
Monitor campaign deployment activities, track project progress, and maintain accurate project documentation and workflow processes.
Manage reporting and performance measurement activities, including scorecards, dashboards, data collection, analysis, and stakeholder updates.
Support advanced analytics initiatives by coordinating paid and organic marketing data for measurement studies and business insights.
Lead and support small-scale digital marketing projects and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare and present campaign updates, performance summaries, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Manage digital marketing administrative operations, including purchase orders, invoice processing, budget tracking, meeting coordination, and vendor management.
Coordinate logistics and planning for team meetings, workshops, and other key marketing initiatives.
