About the role

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our E-commerce team. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s digital communication efforts by ensuring high-quality campaign execution, implementing accurate tracking mechanisms, and delivering measurable results that align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for

• Digital campaign planning & execution
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and communication activities, define objectives and KPIs with stakeholders.
  • Brief and coordinate creative and media agencies, oversee creative development and adaptation across channels.
  • Monitor performance, analyse results, and share insights for optimization.
     
• Email marketing management
  • Run B2C and B2B email campaigns, track and report results.
  • Create campaign and automated templates, support ad hoc send outs.
  • Collaborate with the Data team on audience targeting and automation.
     
• Digital tracking & Conversion optimization
  • Generate tracking links for digital channels, ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain UTM tagging system and tracking documentation.
  • Analyse user behaviour and conversion data, suggest improvements.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management, tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailjet) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• Experience with marketing automation tools or customer communication management platforms would be an advantage.
• Excellent Estonian and English language skills.
