Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Lead Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our People Analytics team. The People Analytics team empowers our People tribe to elevate our Wisers' experience by leveraging data and insights.
In this role, you will partner with our global Talent team - specifically Talent Development, Performance Management, Workforce Strategy, and Talent Acquisition - to drive data-based decision-making and deliver impactful insights across the entire talent lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing function and drive actionable insights within a team that is serious about using data to shape the future of work.

What you will be working on
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior stakeholders across Talent to solve key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritize analytical projects effectively according to impact.
Team Leadership: Lead a small team of analysts embedded in the Talent function, actively supporting their development and driving their collective impact.
Full-Lifecycle Insights: Aggregate data from a range of People systems to derive actionable insights. Use the power of storytelling to deliver recommendations that empower the team and Wise to make informed decisions.
Strategic Measurement: Support the development and implementation of the Talent KPI tree, integrating these within reporting pipelines and strategic projects
Project Governance: Embed analytical thinking and assessment into our People projects; working with your project manager partner to lead the prioritization of Talent projects and manage the playback of their impact
Advanced Analytics: Apply data science techniques to connect Talent data points with broader business metrics, such as Performance and Productivity outcomes
Operational Health: Provide critical insights to assess the health of the Talent function, conducting detailed analysis of operational metrics to understand the impact on our Wisers’ experiences
Infrastructure and Tooling: Work across our full tool stack (Snowflake, APIs, Visier) to build out our data infrastructure and solve complex problems
Innovation: Partner with People Technology and Talent on data-related activities to evolve processes toward automation and agentic AI
Capability Building: Play a key role in upskilling the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale, ensuring data is interpreted correctly across our self-serve products
Proven Track Record: You have at least 5 years of experience scoping, building, and delivering impactful People Analytics solutions, with a specific focus on Talent (Recruitment and Performance data)
Technical Proficiency: You are proficient with SQL and comfortable with data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, and Airflow - your technical skills will be evaluated.
Advanced Toolkit: You have experience in advanced analytics and data science techniques (e.g., ML, AI) using R and/or Python
Master Storyteller: You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive executive action
Data Architect: You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build complex data sources and leverage visualization tools to democratize data
Stakeholder Management: You know how to partner with senior leaders and work effectively across cross-functional teams
Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are always looking for opportunities for continuous improvement

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
