As the Digital Marketing Program Manager for Lightcast, you will guide the development of our corporate website and support our digital marketing strategy. You will have technical marketing acumen and a strong understanding of website development. Your time will be split between identifying and implementing website enhancements that drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and boost engagement and working across business units to implement a full-funnel digital marketing approach that encompasses industry best practices and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to optimize a data-driven, high-impact digital presence for Lightcast.
Major Responsibilities:
- Website Program Management (50%)
- Identify and implement website improvements to maximize traffic, enhance the user experience, and increase conversions.
- Develop and prioritize a strategic roadmap for site enhancements in collaboration with website developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor site analytics and user behavior to inform decisions and optimize content, navigation, and conversion paths.
- Lead the testing and optimizing of landing pages, forms, and other on-site elements to drive higher conversion rates.
- Ensure all website changes adhere to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, security, and accessibility standards.
- Digital Marketing Program Management (50%)
- Serve as the company’s internal expert, advocate for ABM strategies, and collaborate with teams on effective targeting, personalization, and orchestration techniques. Ensure teams understand how to leverage ABM tools for maximum impact.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending strategic investments and tactical adjustments.
- Support the planning and executing of the company’s digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, email marketing, and content syndication. Benchmark performance against industry standards and make recommendations for improvement.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or related roles within a B2B technology environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation systems, CMS tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Demandbase, HubSpot).
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and flexibility to work in various time zones.
- Skilled at balancing creativity with deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and communicate recommendations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and web development teams.
- A strong understanding of the labor market, data analytics, and the needs of educational institutions, enterprises, and government organizations is a big plus.
