Role Purpose 

This role bridges digital marketing, product communication, and endtoend digital project management. You will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives while supporting the development and optimization of digital products such as platforms, applications, and educational tools. 

The position requires creativity, analytical thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.  

Scope of Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing 

  • Planning and executing digital campaigns across paid and owned channels. 

  • Cocreating communication strategies for digital products and projects. 

  • Analysing marketing data and recommending optimization actions to improve performance. 

  • Coordinating content creation (copy, graphics, video) with creative teams. 

  • Monitoring digital trends and implementing innovative solutions. 

  • Managing marketing promotion activities and supporting pricing development for longterm product success. 

  • Conducting market research and gathering competitive intelligence to ensure product superiority and customer satisfaction. 

Digital Product Project Management 

  • Leading endtoend digital projects: from brief and roadmap to launch and postimplementation evaluation. 

  • Coordinating work across development, UX/UI, content teams, and external vendors. 

  • Creating and managing backlogs, writing user stories, and prioritizing tasks. 

  • Monitoring project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies. 

  • Testing and validating digital product functionalities. 

  • Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery. 

(Optional) Pharmaceutical Context 

  • Working with medical and legal teams to ensure compliance of all materials. 

  • Creating and implementing digital educational tools for HCPs or patients. 

  • Understanding the specifics of regulated communication environments. 

Requirements 

Musthave 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. 

  • Experience managing projects, ideally digital ones. 

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.  

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and digital product development processes. 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. 

  • Independence, ownership, and accountability for delivering projects. 

Nicetohave 

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry. 

  • Knowledge of project management tools (we work on ClickUp) 

  • Basic SEO/SEM knowledge. 

  • Experience working in an agile environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł99,400.00 - zł184,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
