We're looking for a Digital Insights & Performance Analyst to join our Analytics, Performance & Insights team. In this role, you'll turn complex digital and marketing data into clear, actionable recommendations that help drive member growth, engagement and retention.

Working across web, digital, marketing and member experience channels, you'll identify trends, opportunities and performance improvements before they happen.

Partnering with teams across Marketing, Growth, Retention, Loyalty and Digital, you'll influence strategic and day-to-day decisions through data-driven storytelling and analysis.

About you

You are an analytical thinker with a curious mindset and a passion for turning data into business outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in Digital Insights, Digital Analytics or Marketing Analytics
  • Degree-level qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Applied Finance, Data Science or a related analytical discipline.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience analysing large, complex datasets
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and digital performance reporting
  • Strong web analytics experience across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Google Analytics and Tealeaf.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep and data visualisation
  • Exposure to Snowflake, AWS or other enterprise data warehouse environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • The ability to translate technical findings into simple, actionable recommendations
  • A proactive approach with strong commercial and problem-solving skills
