Cushman & Wakefield’s is seeking Digital Marketing Operations Specialists to provide operational support within our Multifamily Marketing team, working across national and regional marketing initiatives in the U.S. This role is responsible for assisting with data analysis, digital content management, reporting, and day-to-day marketing tasks. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that supports marketing objectives and enhances team efficiency.Job Description
About the Role:- Provide support to regional marketing teams with digital marketing tasks, including ad listing edits, routine online advertising and digital audits,
- Execute inbound website updates and upload requests promptly and accurately, ensuring all digital assets reflect current campaigns and property information. These include photo uploads to websites/CRM systems, Google, Yelp, social media channels, and more.
- Provide support for marketing initiatives including coordination of property branding efforts and promotional campaigns as needed.
- Maintain and update internal repositories, databases, and digital asset libraries, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide timely communication and status updates to internal stakeholders and team members regarding ongoing projects and assignments.
- Perform additional operational and marketing support duties as assigned.
- 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with marketing automation solutions, data updates, website and digital scrub
- Preferred experience with Yardi Product Suite, RealPage Product Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven interest in quickly learning new systems and platforms
- Ability to manage & prioritize multiple global stakeholders to ensure needs are met
- Flexibility with working hours preferred
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
