We are looking for a Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our Babbel for Business marketing team in Berlin.
This role will work primarily in our CRM, HubSpot, and will manage our email communication strategy with our prospect database, landing pages and forms, list uploads, as well as report on Marketing KPIs. This role will work closely with Field Marketing, Growth Marketing and our Operations team to innovate and elevate our marketing communications, reporting, and analytics. Your success will be measured by key performance indicators linked to audience awareness, engagement, and conversion.
You Will
- Be the primary subject matter expert of HubSpot, our CRM and Marketing Automation tool for the Marketing team
- Develop and implement B2B digital marketing strategies to nurture our prospect database in HubSpot and drive growth in target accounts.
- Create the infrastructure for segmented email campaigns in HubSpot designed to nurture leads by topic, buyer persona, industry, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Content team to strategize the content themes of each segmented email campaign.
- Analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Design team to develop compelling email visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Work closely with the Website team in the development of landing pages and forms that drive engagement and new leads.
- Work alongside the Field Marketing team to ensure accurate lead uploads and routing from events, optimising the follow-up processes for maximized lead conversion.
- Work closely with the Head of B2B Marketing to monitor and report on overall marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in product design, design operations, or design leadership, with a strong portfolio of driving impactful design outcomes.
- Expertise in using HubSpot as a CRM and Marketing Automation tool
- Deep expertise in design quality standards, design systems, and the end-to-end product design lifecycle.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects with varying timelines and adapt to unexpected changes effectively.
- A passion for advancing the craft of design operations, with a track record of fostering innovation, growth, and design excellence.
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills, with experience working in agile methodologies.
