As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen the Casa Suarez brand.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Casa Suarez's digital marketing strategy while ensuring consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

This role will work closely with leadership, sales, design, and business development teams to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the company's growth through effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Casa Suarez's digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
• Manage and coordinate social media content and campaigns.
• Supervise marketing team members and external creative partners.
• Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot Marketing.
• Manage HubSpot Marketing workflows, automation, and lead nurturing campaigns.
• Coordinate content calendars, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases and marketing communications.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Sales, Design, and Business Development teams to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and identify opportunities to grow the Casa Suarez brand.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience using HubSpot Marketing.
• Experience managing marketing team members.
• Strong experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and newsletters.
• Experience writing or coordinating press releases.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote, international environment.

Preferred Profile

We are ideally looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with international companies.
• Has experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, hospitality, luxury brands, or home décor marketing (preferred).
• Is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Can manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Objective of the Role

This role is responsible for bringing structure, consistency, and innovation to Casa Suarez's marketing operations. The Digital Marketing Manager will help strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified business opportunities, improve customer engagement, and support the company's continued expansion through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
