We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our VP of Marketing to design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple digital channels. You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and measurable business growth through smart, creative, and optimized digital strategies.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead execution across paid media, SEO/organic, email, web, and emerging digital platforms.
- Build and optimize customer nurture email programs to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Run A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign data, provide actionable insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure brand voice and customer experience consistency across all digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to launch campaigns on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and bring forward innovative growth ideas.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a multi-channel environment.
- Proven track record managing paid media, SEO, email marketing, and web campaigns.
- Hands-on experience designing and running customer nurture email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proficiency with A/B testing, optimization, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
