The role maintains accurate escrow and operating general ledgers, resolves discrepancies, prepares audit documentation, monitors state-specific requirements, and ensures escrow activity rolls accurately into consolidated financial statements.

Own the full partnership lifecycle: identify and secure brokerages, wholesalers, REO specialists, and referral networks; negotiate agreements; onboard and enable partners; develop go-to-market strategies; provide market insights to leadership and drive measurable acquisition and growth through strategic, executive-level relationships.

Lead and develop a small marketing team, manage vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance and allocate budgets across markets, build efficient processes, report KPIs, and execute high-quality marketing projects aligned to business priorities.
