Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager drives the execution of awareness and growth campaigns across a variety of digital platforms. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day implementation, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns to support the strategic goals and business objectives of Chadwell Supply.

What you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Knowledge of Optimizely tools preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of keyword research tools and methods.
  • Proficient with SEM reporting and analytical tools.
  • Robust knowledge of website and SEO analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.).
  • Foundational skills in UI/UX strategy and design.
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, etc.).
  • Understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and passionate to grow businesses and continue learning.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to bring the relevant parties together and drive towards a common goal.

How you will make an Impact:

  • Manage the publishing process for the external website – acquire content and design deliverables from the creative team to post thought leadership content through our CMS.
  •  Collaborate with internal clients to maintain and restructure top/mid-level pages for better user experience on the external website.
  • Develop campaign landing pages that drive lead acquisition and engagement through page layout, design, and engaging calls-to-action.
  • Set up, maintain, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and monitor website automation journeys based on available customer segmentation data.
  • Strategize and manage email campaigns and automated drip campaigns.
  • Explore and recommend appropriate SMS/ text messaging strategies and tools.
  • Create a systemic method for A/B and multivariate testing for journeys, emails, SMS, copy, and CTAs.
  • Maintain and apply an up-to-date understanding of the current state of SEO across these areas: technical SEO, on-page/content optimization, inbound-linking & authority development.
  • Perform and leverage analytics and keyword research to help develop, manage, and evolve SEO project roadmaps to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Maintain and optimize local SEO and location directories, including Google My Business, Bing Places and website office locations for accuracy and SEO optimization.
  • Optimizing existing or developing new web content.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and work with the E-Commerce Manager to resolve issues.
  • Maintain 301 redirects, metadata, and schema.  
  • Identify opportunities for internal linking and audit backlinks for toxic links and create disavow files.
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
  • Ensure consistent tracking and measurement tactics are followed.
  • Report success and attribution on web campaigns through trackable URLs and lead form integration.  
  • Develop a dashboard to demonstrate social media platform performance and measure revenue production from digital marketing to company leadership.
  • Utilize available analytics to identify key indicators and leading trends to advise future strategy and tactical efforts to elevate the brand and expand reach maximizing ROI and engagement.
  • Monitor and report monthly data related to specified key performance indicators and recommend KPIs for ongoing focus.
  • Develop and drive digital marketing strategies to support key business priorities.
  • Oversee and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Identify and implement learning and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Work with other team leads and managers within and outside the Marketing Department to initialize, strategize, and implement digital marketing tactics in support of company objectives.

What will set you apart:

  • Familiarity with the multifamily industry is a plus.
  • Certification in UI/UX is a plus.
