Manage renovation projects from discovery through close: develop scopes, create proposals, present and close deals, coordinate with renovation and operations teams, monitor progress and finances, and maintain customer relationships while using Pipedrive and MS Office tools.

Serve as the sales team's voice in Enablement: gather sales user requirements, define dashboard KPIs and business logic, beta-test tools, track usage and performance, and recommend solutions to improve win rates and sales efficiency while partnering with IT, Marketing, and Operations.

Manage renovation project development for customers, grow renovation sales, and provide consultative project management. Oversee discovery, proposals, budgets, timelines, and unit walk-throughs. Use Pipedrive for pipeline updates, coordinate with Renovation and Operations teams on inventory, delivery, and staging, and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in sales and industry events and perform regional travel, including overnight stays as needed.

Coordinate and optimize corporate travel for executives and employees: book flights, hotels, and cars; manage vendor relationships and negotiated rates; create and monitor travel policies and budgets; produce travel spending reports and resolve travel-related issues.

Coordinate and expedite renovation projects by conducting onsite assessments, gathering measurements, liaising with customers and internal teams, supporting pre-project planning, maintaining inventory knowledge, performing follow-up visits, and occasionally training team members. Regional travel required.

Analyze competitive pricing and market conditions to recommend price changes, maintain the Cross Reference Database, monitor competitor pricing, support merchandising and sales teams, identify overstock/deadstock opportunities, and collaborate on contract and catalog pricing strategies.

Sell company maintenance products to current and prospective customers, develop and maintain professional relationships, make daily visits and calls, prepare presentations, quotes and proposals, distribute sales materials, use company sales reports to grow accounts, troubleshoot customer issues, assist collections, and train or support other associates.

Provide comprehensive HR support across talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and job description management. Partner with leaders to document roles, ensure HR policy compliance, support training/development, and maintain up-to-date employment law knowledge to align HR practices with organizational goals.
