Manage corporate travel policies, budgets, and business travel arrangements for executives and employees. Book flights, hotels, and rental cars using Sabre GDS; coordinate visitor accommodations; negotiate vendor rates; research travel options; monitor travel spending; prepare budget reports; and resolve travel-related issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, customer service, travel-management knowledge, and occasional availability outside normal hours for urgent travel problems.

Supports branch logistics by coordinating information and sales orders among customers, sales staff, warehouse employees, drivers, and corporate teams. Responsibilities include assisting with route planning and dispatch, monitoring order and delivery queues, processing invoices and payments, maintaining records, auditing driver documentation, scheduling vendor pickups, and performing data entry in Great Plains and SalesPad.

Presents and sells company products and services, develops customer relationships, conducts frequent customer visits and calls, prepares sales materials and proposals, identifies prospects, resolves customer issues, supports collections, analyzes sales reports, and assists with associate training.

Analyze competitive pricing and market conditions to recommend price changes, maintain the Cross Reference Database, monitor competitor pricing, support merchandising and sales teams, identify overstock/deadstock opportunities, and collaborate on contract and catalog pricing strategies.
