Are you a performance-driven digital marketer with a passion for B2B software and a knack for crafting the right message for the right audience? Blend is seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing brand marketing team. In this individual contributor role, you'll have a significant impact on increasing inbound traffic and pipeline by expanding our success across a variety of digital channels, including our website, social media, and video platforms. We're looking for a growth-minded marketer with excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills to thrive in our dynamic environment.

How you’ll contribute:
  • Drive SEO Performance: Develop and execute strategies to continuously improve search engine rankings through keyword-informed copywriting and content optimization as well as technical site optimization.  
  • Optimize Website Performance: Monitor and maximize website performance, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, social media and other referral traffic, and search engine rankings. Implement A/B testing to analyze and improve results.  
  • Content Collaboration and Optimization: Partner with content teams to create and optimize engaging, on-brand web content and social media posts that are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility.  
  • SEO Guidelines and Best Practices: Establish and communicate SEO writing guidelines to ensure effective headlines, call-to-action statements, and keyword placement for maximum traffic.  
  • Search Audits and Analysis: Conduct regular search audits to assess visibility across major search engines and information gathering services, including technical website analysis, competitive/keyword research, and link analysis.  
  • Website Enhancement Implementation: Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website improvements and enhancements.  
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Create and deliver monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders, providing insights on key digital marketing metrics, ROI, and actionable recommendations for improvement.  
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives. 
Who you are:
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and social media marketing.  
  • Demonstrated experience in the B2B software industry is highly preferred.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and creating compelling content for online campaigns, including SEO/SEM, paid search, and social media management.  
  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Suite, Hubspot, WordPress, LinkedIn, and Meta.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking growth, generating analytical reports, and using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, and other BI tools.  
  • A technical mindset with the ability and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.  
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.  
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.  
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the base salary range for this position is between $111,000 - $130,000. Blend benefits and perks are described below.  

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
