About your team
The Digital Marketing team oversees all digital channels at Fidelity International Japan (FIJ). The team is responsible for end‑to‑end management of digital initiatives—from strategy development to execution and continuous optimization—across web, social media, CRM, and data analytics. By enhancing client experiences and accelerating business growth, the team plays a central role in FIJ’s marketing transformation. Collaborating closely with domestic stakeholders and global teams, we leverage global best practices to deliver advanced and effective digital marketing programs.
About your roleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead FIJ’s digital initiatives across web, social, CRM, and data analytics. In this role, you will manage end‑to‑end execution of digital programs and drive integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. Working closely with internal teams and global partners, you will deliver data‑driven, effective, and globally aligned marketing activities that support business growth.Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Lead cross‑channel marketing campaigns across online and offline touchpoints, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives aligned with FIJ’s digital channel strategy.
- Lead data driven marketing programs, leveraging insights derived from analytics tools.
- Operate CRM initiatives using SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Seismic.
Web & Content Experience
- Manage and improve the FIJ website, including content planning, UX/UI enhancements, and performance optimization.
- Oversee social media channel operations, including content ideation, production direction, and performance tracking.
Analytics & Insights
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis using tools such as Adobe Analytics to identify insights and inform strategy.
- Monitor channel performance and generate actionable reports for internal stakeholders.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Content Marketing, Business Promotion, Compliance, and other functions to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead and participate in cross functional and global projects, ensuring alignment with international best practices.
- Manage communication and project coordination with overseas marketing teams.
Experience and Qualifications Required5+ years of experience in data‑driven digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital channels, methodologies, and industry trends.
Hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
Practical experience managing website operations and improvements; basic understanding of SEO.
Experience operating social media channels and directing content production.
Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, or similar CRM/SaaS tools.
Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives based on data insights.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with excellent verbal/written communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively and flexibly across departments.
Experience managing projects and communicating with global teams.
Japanese: Native level.
English: Business level or above (reading, writing, speaking).
Marketing experience in the financial or asset management industry.
Experience managing digital marketing teams or large-scale digital initiatives.
