The Digital Marketing Manager, Social & Digital Media owns media planning, management, and optimization across digital channels for all business lines and markets and sets the strategy and day-to-day direction for social media, with a strong emphasis on Mortgage while managing two Social Media Coordinators. The Manager is the primary internal owner of digital media performance, partnering closely with agency partners on planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns, and is expected to bring a test-and-learn mindset that pushes Central Bank's media thinking forward in an omni-channel, fast-evolving platform environment. This role also leads the bank's approach to optimizing social content for AI-driven discovery, improving how Central Bank is indexed, cited, and mentioned by AI systems and social platforms.

- Serve as the day-to-day lead with agency partners on media planning, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization, holding partners accountable to performance benchmarks and timelines.
- Drive social media strategy and planning bank-wide, with particular emphasis on Mortgage, translating business goals into channel-specific content and campaign plans.
- Manage and develop two Social Media Coordinators, setting priorities, reviewing content calendars, and coaching toward stronger execution and career growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social and digital media campaigns across Meta and other platforms, using platform tools and reporting (e.g., Meta Ads Manager) to manage spend and performance.
- Manage organic and paid social publishing, listening, and reputation workflows using tools such as Hootsuite and SOCi across all Central Bank markets and locations.
- Manage the digital media budget across the holding company and all markets, tracking spend against plan, reallocating investment toward top-performing channels and campaigns, and maximizing efficiency to ensure the company stays on budget.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital and social performance using analytics platforms, translating data into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across creative, audience, and channel strategy, building a disciplined test-and-learn approach that scales what works.
- Advance Central Bank's approach to social AI optimization, improving how content is indexed, cited, and surfaced in AI-driven search and social discovery experiences.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns across business lines (Consumer, Commercial, Mortgage, and others), balancing competing priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Ensure all social and digital media activity complies with banking regulatory, brand, and accessibility requirements, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
- Partner with content, creative, analytics, and development teams to align social and media strategy with broader digital marketing initiatives and the overall marketing calendar.
- Define and communicate digital and social media KPIs and ROI metrics through regular reporting, data visualization, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Build consensus and work effectively across a wide range of business-line stakeholders, gaining buy-in for social and media strategy across the organization.
