We are looking for a Digital marketing Manager to help us spearhead our digital presence as we develop, identify opportunities, build digital solutions, and grow our digital marketing, both to consumers and costumers (health care professionals) in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile digital marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns while managing/challenging external agencies and inspiring local marketing team. They will be comfortable with day-to-day digital marketing activities as well as long-term strategy, thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs. Objectives of this role:
The role encompasses both digital communications management for end-consumers and customers (healthcare professionals).
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop digital marketing plans with specific objectives across different stages of digital consumer journey (channels and touch points).
Lead the execution of digital marketing programs/campaigns from start to finish. Ownership and close collaboration with external vendors (media agency, creative agency and IT website agency), close collaboration with different internal stakeholders (local marketing & leader team and Region Europe digital marketing team).
Create, maintain, and conduct KPI analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future digital campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics for different internal stakeholders (local marketing & leader team and Region Europe digital marketing team).
Collaborate in Digital journey strategy preparation: Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Develop omni-channel digital communication plans with customers (healthcare professionals) and implement activation plans including content development.


 

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize multichannel digital campaigns across the brand and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all digital channels;
  • Daily working with the media agency – brief, challenge and monitor their execution of digital multichannel campaigns. Together with media agency organize monthly KPI sessions with local marketing team & regional Digital Manager – Identify effectiveness and impact of current digital marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly;
  • Daily working with Brand Managers and support them on various digital topics: Websites, Digital campaign execution & KPI monitoring, Google Ads & SEO, Digital creatives, Visibility on e-pharmacies, Social Media execution and Communication with customers (health care professionals). Provide digital inputs for strategic brand plans creation;
  • Providing digital inputs in creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet digital objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including video assets, banners, native articles and Social Media formats;
  • Partner with local cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on digital projects and priorities. Ability to find/extract digital go-to-market module with high impact on sales and greater feasibility to implementation (align with compliance, legal & regulatory, strategies in line with pharm industry legislation requirements);
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about digital marketing programs, strategies, and budgets;
  • Collaboration with regional digital marketing team to localize strategies/marketing tools and support team in creating regional digital road map and execute digital projects.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 2-3 or more years of experience in digital marketing management or similar;
  • Experience in pharma industry is a big plus;
  • Proven experience developing performance digital marketing plans and campaigns;
  • Metrics-driven digital marketing mind with eye for creativity;
  • Strong analytical skills, able to extract the context from analytical platforms like: Google Analytics, Yandex analytics and similar;
  • Strong knowledge on Google Ads & SEO (keyword research, campaign execution & onsite/offsite optimization);
  • Established contacts with local media & Experience with programmatic networks;
  • Proficiency with social media strategy;
  • Able to develop content plans for social media;
  • Able to conceptualize native and content marketing into digital marketing strategy;
  • Continuous Learning / Dynamic Knowledge;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze market trends;
  • Project management skills;
  • Languages: English – mandatory; Russian - mandatory, Kazakh – advantage;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Strong results orientation.
