About the Team/Role
This role is responsible for developing and executing the digital media strategy for the “Over The Road” business, specifically targeting Trucker Owner/Operators, focusing on our newest consumer product offering, 10-4 by WEX. This position will manage the digital acquisition strategy while working cross-functionally across a variety of internal stakeholders. This position needs to have its finger on the pulse of culture and digital trends and be an excellent storyteller–both internally and externally. This role encompasses the full targeted digital media landscape across programmatic, web and paid search to drive mobile app downloads and awareness. This role is data-driven and analytical with a strong bias for action. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in the digital B2C marketing landscape (specific experience with mobile apps preferred) has a strong performance track record of accelerating digital growth and consumer engagement.
How you'll make an impact

Guardian and owner of the end-to-end B2C digital acquisition plan for the 10-4 by WEX mobile app

Develop and implement digital strategies to optimize mobile app download and activation performance

Plan and independently execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates, whilst reducing friction and dropout from digital journeys (acquisition and servicing)

Develop and manage digital advertising strategies: Develop and supervise comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns: Supervise the setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Display Network, DSPs, SSPs, SEM).

Leverage data and analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum efficiency.

Partner with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and data teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of programmatic efforts.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.

Manage program budget: Develop and manage the digital budget, Accountable for ensuring efficient allocation of funds and maximizing ROI.
Experience you'll bring

5+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing, preferably in a Finance or Technology organization or agency

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a similar field

Hands-on proficiency in building and deploying digital campaigns and ability to lead content creation

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights from large data sets

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS); adding and updating on-site content

Culturally adept and at home working across a geographically diverse workforce

Confident communicator to both external and internal customers and strong relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with little to moderate direction

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
