Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform, Pardot, to drive lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement.
You should have at least three years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) and a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing Transformation, Head of Digital Operations , Head of Marketing Operations & Head of Demand Marketing along-with Regional Demand Marketing Managers.
Role And Responsibilities
Manage Pardot Implementation: Oversee the setup, configuration, and integration of Pardot with various systems, such as Salesforce CRM, website forms, and third-party applications.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute lead generation strategies and campaigns using Pardot, including email marketing, landing page creation, form development, and lead scoring.
Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing compelling content, and analysing campaign performance.
Marketing Automation Workflows: Build and maintain complex marketing automation workflows in Pardot to automate lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and engagement activities.
Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyse marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead behaviour to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Database Management: Maintain clean and segmented prospect and customer databases within Pardot, ensuring data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Collaboration and Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to align strategies, provide training on Pardot best practices, and support campaign execution.
Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience working as a Pardot Specialist.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce CRM integration.
Proficient in creating and managing email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and marketing automation workflows within Pardot.
Solid understanding of lead generation strategies, email marketing best practices, and marketing automation concepts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and implement optimizations.
