Profile Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of various digital channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings.
  • Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and ad copy optimization.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose new ideas to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
