What You'll Do

• Design compelling visual solutions such as presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, and marketing/event materials for proposals, workshops, and campaigns.
• Demonstrate a strong sense of layout design with a keen eye for detail and awareness of current design trends.
• Translate complex ideas and business concepts into visually engaging and innovative design solutions that tell a compelling story.
• Approach design challenges with a consultative mindset, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with resilience, flexibility, and a high level of commitment to excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing innovative ideas, creative thinking, and team-based problem-solving.
• Share design best practices and insights across teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, and illustration is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Collaborative team player with experience in design environments; global or multi-national exposure is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or diploma in MS Office, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite are beneficial.

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
