Location: Homebased, must be based in the UK or Ireland

Job Summary

As part of the European Digital Marketing team, the Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive, Europe plays a key role in driving growth for our supplies and renewals business, as well as expanding our SaaS offerings. This position combines digital marketing expertise with eCommerce operations to create excellent customer experiences and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and support B2B marketing initiatives to increase renewals and supplies, focusing on SEO, site merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement digital campaigns, including A/B testing and personalization strategies, to enhance KPIs like conversion rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business outcomes and market trends.
  • Optimize marketing and landing pages to improve SEO performance, refine CTAs, and enhance user engagement, increasing opportunities.
  • Review data sets to identify and refine audience targeting for digital campaigns.
  • Experiment with different channels and offers to boost revenue through customer retention and win-back strategies.
  • Manage and enhance the product catalogue, including uploads, categorization, attribution, and SEO improvements.
  • Partner with IT and regional teams to maintain site functionality, monitor performance, and implement enhancements.
  • Provide insights on KPIs such as average order value and total revenue, offering actionable recommendations to inform actions.
  • Support strategies for online acquisition growth.
  • Conduct CRO tests to enhance acquisition funnels for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to propose innovative site improvements.

Experience

  • Experience in managing B2B digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with content management systems like Adobe AEM & managing eCommerce platforms across multiple sites, including catalogue management, SEO enhancements, and merchandising.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to interpret data and provide strategic insights that drive growth.
  • Embraces technology to improve efficiencies in daily tasks.
  •  Experience working collaboratively in remote team environments using video conferencing tools.
  • Capable of working self-sufficiently with minimal supervision.
