We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team at Sourcefin. Requirements
Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging visuals, graphics, and multimedia content using Canva.
- Design and publish social media posts, blog images, and email assets.
Social Media & Community Management
- Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities.
- Assist in developing and rolling out campaign ideas and activations.
Content & Website Management
- Draft, edit, and upload blog posts and social media copy.
- Update and manage website content in WordPress.
- Ensure consistency of tone, design, and brand across all channels.
Campaign Support
- Assist with campaign planning and execution.
- Track and report on always on and campaign performance.
- Bring creative ideas to the table for new initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Design Skills
- Strong design skills with Canva (essential).
Content & Social Media
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Experience creating and managing content (blogs, social posts, visuals, newsletters).
Web & Digital Tools
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content publishing.
- Experience with Asana is an advantage.
Analytics & Reporting
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Organisation & Communication
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
Mindset & Approach
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
