Creative All-Rounder Wanted: Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team at Sourcefin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across different areas of marketing, from design and content creation to social media and community engagement. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and manage campaigns, while also developing your own skills and growing your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  

Requirements 

Content Creation & Design 

  • Create engaging visuals, graphics, and multimedia content using Canva. 
  • Design and publish social media posts, blog images, and email assets. 

Social Media & Community Management 

  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across social media platforms. 
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and grow online communities. 
  • Assist in developing and rolling out campaign ideas and activations. 

Content & Website Management 

  • Draft, edit, and upload blog posts and social media copy. 
  • Update and manage website content in WordPress. 
  • Ensure consistency of tone, design, and brand across all channels. 

Campaign Support 

  • Assist with campaign planning and execution. 
  • Track and report on always on and campaign performance. 
  • Bring creative ideas to the table for new initiatives. 

Skills & Experience 

Design Skills 

  • Strong design skills with Canva (essential). 

Content & Social Media 

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). 
  • Experience creating and managing content (blogs, social posts, visuals, newsletters). 

Web & Digital Tools 

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content publishing. 
  • Experience with Asana is an advantage. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). 

Organisation & Communication 

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. 

Mindset & Approach 

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and tools. 
  • Detail-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
