Position Overview
The Virtual Assistant – Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist will support the founder with marketing execution, automation workflows, digital advertising management, and general operational tasks.
This role requires someone technically skilled, proactive, and capable of working independently without requiring extensive training. The VA should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities across marketing, automation, and technical support tools.
Because the founder works in a fast-moving startup environment, tasks may vary depending on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Advertising Support
    Assist with managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
    Tasks may include:
    Assist with Google Ads campaign management
    Monitor performance metrics and campaign optimization
    Conduct keyword research
    Analyze campaign results and provide insights
    Support with A/B testing of ads
    Manage budgets and ad reporting
    Help troubleshoot campaign issues
    Support other digital advertising platforms if required
  2. Marketing Automation & CRM Management
    Support marketing automation workflows using CRM platforms.
    Tasks include:
    Build and maintain automation workflows
    Manage lead capture funnels
    Configure triggers and automations
    Support CRM database organization
    Implement marketing sequences
    Integrate marketing tools and platforms
    Primary platform:

  3. Funnel and Campaign Setup
    Assist with building and maintaining marketing funnels.
    Responsibilities include:
    Landing page updates
    Funnel optimization
    Lead generation flow improvements
    Integration with automation tools
    Campaign setup and deployment
  4. Technical & Marketing Support
    Provide technical assistance for digital marketing initiatives.
    Tasks may include:
    Updating marketing campaigns
    Managing integrations between tools
    Supporting marketing launches
    Implementing marketing strategies provided by the client
    Troubleshooting technical issues within marketing platforms
  5. General Virtual Assistance
    Assist the founder with various operational and marketing tasks as needed.
    Examples:
    Research tasks
    Data organization
    Marketing setup assistance
    CRM updates
    Light reporting and documentation
    Tasks may vary depending on project needs and client priorities.
