About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the marketing team in executing online campaigns, managing digital content, analyzing performance metrics, and assisting with various marketing projects to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, paid ads, etc.)
- Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience
- Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization
- Support in creating content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with SEO efforts such as keyword research and on-page optimization
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing projects as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role (preferred but not required for entry-level)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and strategies

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM
- Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard
- SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Trello, Asana, or ClickUp,Slack or Microsoft Teams
- Google Workspace or MS Office Suite
- ChatGPT or Jasper
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements
Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.

- Familiarity with AI copy/assist tools (ChatGPT or Jasper)
