We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Analyst to join our remote team. This role focuses on SEO, data analysis, and performance marketing support, with exposure to creative collaboration. It is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys working with data, translating insights into action, and executing reliably within defined strategies.
You will support organic and paid growth initiatives by analyzing performance, assisting with campaign execution, and contributing to optimization efforts across channels. This role is execution- and analysis-focused, not ownership of overall marketing strategy or budgets.
Key Responsibilities
SEO, Data & Analytics
- Analyze marketing and website performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Support keyword research, search intent mapping, and on-page content optimization.
- Assist with SEO audits and implement on-page optimization improvements.
- Support A/B testing, performance evaluations, and reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and track KPIs.
Performance & Paid Media Support
- Support execution and monitoring of Google Ads and Meta campaigns under defined strategies.
- Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creatives, and ad copy implementation.
- Monitor budget pacing and delivery to ensure alignment with performance goals.
- Identify optimization opportunities based on performance insights.
Creative & Content Support
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve engagement and performance.
- Assist in adapting visual assets and marketing copy for digital campaigns.
- Ensure creative assets meet platform and technical requirements.
Research, Reporting & AI Integration
- Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis.
- Support preparation of performance reports and presentations.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support research, ideation, and optimization, with appropriate human review.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and basic Google Ads or Meta Ads workflows.
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and support optimization efforts while collaborating with creative teams and working independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and working independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent English, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Looker Studio, SQL, Python, or similar data tools.
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Use of AI tools to support marketing or analysis tasks.
