Primary Function
The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for playing a pivotal role in driving the Company’s website relevance and performance through meticulous keyword research, optimization, and data analysis.
Principal Duties:
- Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, selection, and optimization to enhance website relevance and performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategy: Implement and maintain SEO best practices and on-page content optimizations, perform detailed page analysis and crawls, and generate reports to guide strategic improvements.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Strategy: Develop and execute SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic through paid search campaigns
- Web Testing Strategy: Utilize A/B testing methodologies for ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Management.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing channel performance.
- Mortgage industry experience highly preferred.
- Financial Services company experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong expertise in keyword research, selection, and optimization.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page content optimization.
- Ability to run detailed page analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies for ads, landing pages, and bid strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Tag Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is expected to be in the $75k - $85k range, depending upon experience.
