About the job

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer with of experience  planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, email marketing, and managing a company blog to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve customer engagement. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.

  • Create, edit, publish, and manage high-quality blog content, ensuring it aligns with the company's content strategy.

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights through regular reports.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, track key performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging marketing content, support product or service promotions, and maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities, recommending and implementing strategies to improve marketing performance.



Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Strong understanding of PPC campaign management and optimization.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.

  • Experience using WordPress or other content management systems to manage blogs.

  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating marketing assets.

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

  • Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and its environs
