Job Description

  • Manage the IT team (organize work, supervise, motivate, and develop employees)
  • Cooperate with IKEA Industry’s Central IT Department
  • Develop and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure its operational continuity
  • Implement, maintain, and develop IT systems that support business processes
  • Ensure data security and compliance of the IT environment with company security policies
  • Work closely with all organizational units of the company
  • Plan and manage the IT budget (both operational and investment)
  • Coordinate IT projects (e.g., hardware replacement, new system implementation, infrastructure upgrades)
  • Manage licenses, office infrastructure, mobile devices, and other IT resources
  • Oversee purchases of hardware, software, and fixed assets
  • Introduce and implement new technological solutions
  • Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of managerial experience with proven success in leading a team and supporting employee development
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the IT department of a manufacturing company
  • Higher education in computer science (master's degree)
  • Very good command of English (B2/C1 level)
  • Very good command of Polish (B2/C1 level)
  • Knowledge of ERP and BI systems, Microsoft technologies, virtualization, IT infrastructure, and databases
  • Experience in project management (preferred)
