Overview of the job
As Quality Assurance Digital Leader, you will lead the digital transformation of the QA organization by leveraging data, automation, AI, and digital technologies to improve quality, productivity, compliance, and decision making. The role bridges Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and Engineering to build sustainable digital capabilities that enable a simpler, faster, and more predictive quality organization.
Your team
This role reports to the Director of Quality Assurance department. You will be working with colleagues in both QA organization and multi-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, IT for instance.
How success looks like
1. Digital Strategy & Transformation
- Develop and execute the QA digital roadmap aligned with site and business strategy.
- Prioritize digital initiatives based on business value, risk reduction, and productivity impact.
- Build a culture and capability in QA organization of continuous digital innovation.
2. Process Digitalization & Automation
- Identify manual, repetitive activities across QA which include Batch record review, Laboratory workflows, Quality inspection, and Quality system management.
- Simplify process through work process improvement and redesign processes using digital technologies and automation. Lead digitalization of QA processes including:
- Implement solutions such as: Python automation, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI-assisted quality review, Digital inspection &verification systems
- Standardize digital workflows across functions.
3. Data & Analytics
- Develop meaningful Quality KPIs and dashboards.
- Transform raw manufacturing and laboratory data into actionable insights.
- Drive predictive analytics to detect quality risks before defects occur.
- Improve data governance and integrity.
4. Digital Platform and systems
- Own or coordinate continuous improvement of QA digital platforms such as: LIMS, Proficy, Electronic Production Record, Quality systems and historian, etc.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with GMP, Computer system validation and data integrity requirements.
- Partner with Site Digital Team on IT life cycle management including change management.
5. Capability Building
- Design capability matrix for QA organization
- Build citizen developer capability.
- Promote data-driven problem solving.
- External benchmark to learn and share best practices across sites.

- Strong data analytics skill (Python and SQL are preferred)
- Strategic and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage projects, changes, and stakeholders
- Having innovation mindset and passion in coaching
- Strong statistical and loss analysis skills
- Proficient in O365 platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other AI applications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields related to Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or IT.
