Responsibilities:

  • Support in implementation, management and further development of FME‘s intranet and collaboration platforms
  • 1st Level Support for editors in technical, visual, and other Content Management related terms
  • Planning, administration, further development, and organization of IT-based trainings for editors
  • Management of a global editors’ community in terms of communication and collaboration.
  • Business partnering & consultancy for key intranet and collaboration stakeholders.
  • Project management support in global and/or local intranet and collaboration projects.
  • Joint development and executions of FME’s intranet and collaboration strategy.
  • Support Strategic DTI projects projects
  • Assistance in migrating applications
  • Support in any digital changes within organization
  • Accompany project phases - from planning, conception and implementation to training in the project team and develop adequate change management measures

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in media management, Digital Media, Business Informatics (or similar), Bachelor degree only in combination with adequate job experience
  • 2 years in roles managing Intranet and Collaboration Platforms and Technology working with development / configuration teams, deploying, and delivering digital products focusing on business needs and user experience
  • Alternatively, 2 years work experience in other digital platform management, online media or communication management
  • Experience in testing and content migration
  • Good experience in global collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Experience in decentralized and heterogenous IT infrastructures
  • Experience in implementing, managing and optimizing Intranet and Collaboration applications in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Good understanding of the digital technology space especially Intranet and Collaboration platforms – with the ability to stay current and up to date on trends and technologies including cloud technology and automation.
  • High degree of interdisciplinary knowledge in communication, IT and design
  • Experience in organizing and performing IT-based trainings and in 1st level support
  • Good skills in project management
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), confluence/Jira, SharePoint
  • High level of general IT understanding
  • Excellent English, other languages of advantage
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Reliable and proactive.
