In Site Integrated Planning department, we design and optimize production schedules to make sure all resources —from materials to manpower — are used as efficiently as possible. This is vital because effective planning reduces waste and keeps the entire supply chain running on time.
Your main project as a digital intern in this department will be to automate the reporting process, driving greater efficiency and streamlining how we track reduction data. We`re looking for an intern with excellent digital skills who is ready to take full responsibility for a large-scale production project and is eager to make a meaningful impact – on our business and on their future career.
Your responsibilities as an intern will be:
Create and develop Power BI dashboards.
Create detailed documentation and instructions for employees on how to use the Power BI dashboards.
Cross-functional collaboration with the St Pete plant teams & Planning organization ADA (Automation, Digitization and Analytics) team in Warsaw to develop digital tools for optimizing the reporting process across the department.
Facilitate the new Power BI dashboards launch via P&G change management process & app management compliance assessment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary 100 000 rubles gross
5/2 work schedule with a choice of: 8/9:00-17/18:00 - Monday-Thursday; 8/9:00-14:30/15:30 - Friday

The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support)
You are a third- or fourth-year student or a recent graduate (up to two years after graduation);
Digital skills are mandatory: ability to develop BI dashboards (Power BI), SAP knowledge is an advantage;
Strong project-management skills: a proactive approach, the ability to independently organize and lead a project, self-organization; the ability to work in diverse organizations and teams;
English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or higher);
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills; сritical thinking and operational discipline
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
