Job Description

The purpose of the Digital Insights (DI) Project Lead will be to work within the DI team that is responsible for Experian's standard management information and reporting applications to support global and local reporting strategy.

You will influence stakeholders, promoting the use of our reporting tools, understanding and documenting user requirements. Reporting into Digital Insights Operations Manager you will partner with other Digital Insights members across the globe.

You will need understanding of finance data and finance processes, whilst also being experienced in identifying and evaluating potential improvements in reporting and applying solutions to lead efficiency and control.

What you'll do?

  • Help to lead complex reporting projects, specifically relating to the continued deployment of Tableau reporting, coordinating across DI/EDM/EITS and other teams;
  • Involvement in planning, coordinating activities, deployment, testing and adoption of reporting solutions with focus on efficiency and automation;
  • Provide advice on report design and help stress-test solutions;
  • Prepare main project documentation and management updates;
  • Lead report adoption discussions and partner with business leads;
  • Lead GFS operational and management reporting;
  • Support reporting automation and process improvement strategy within reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience with reporting systems and financial processes;
  • Confidence to deal with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams;
  • Ability in running automation and continuous improvement programs including process centralization and optimization for efficiency gain;
  • Excellent English, spoken and written.
  • Experience driving for and delivering impactful change programs;
  • Project Management experience coordinating and prioritizing work / tasks across multiple individuals and stakeholders;
  • Experience working in an international environment;
  • Exposure to working with reporting systems, specifically Tableau.
