We are seeking a Digital Industry Leader - Higher Education.    This role serves as the strategic and operational leader responsible for advancing CLA’s digital vision within a specific industry. This role shapes industry focused digital strategy, drives adoption of digital solutions, supports go-to-market execution, and influences client acquisition and adoption of digital transformation in alignment with industry priorities. They carry accountability for digital strategy execution, thought leadership, and revenue impact across their assigned industry. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead the digital strategy for an assigned industry, aligning capabilities, offerings, and priorities with industry trends and client needs.
  • Drive digital growth by identifying opportunities, shaping go-to-market plans, and advancing a healthy industry pipeline. 
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to industry leaders and key clients, guiding digital transformation and solution roadmaps. 
  • Conduct discovery and advisory sessions with clients and prospects to assess needs and design digital strategies. 
  • Collaborate across service lines, industry segment teams, and geographies to ensure integrated and industry relevant digital solutions to client challenges and opportunities. 
  • Promote digital offerings internally, enabling industry teams through training, communication, and adoption support. 
  • Develop and deliver industry-facing content such as thought leadership, webinars, events, and conference presentations. 
  • Oversee revenue impact by supporting revenue FP&A, as well as opportunity creation, deal qualification, solution scoping, proposal development, closing, and CRM accuracy. 
  • Monitor industry dynamics including technology trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity to inform strategy. 
  • Mentor and develop Digital team members specializing in aligned industry.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10 years of relevant experience is required. 
  • Experience leading cross functional teams, market development, or digital portfolio growth preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
