About the Role

As a Digital Growth Specialist on our Strategy & Growth for Agent Network team, you will play a crucial role in scaling our network and enhancing the digital footprint of Amarthalink. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong digital acumen to help us grow and strengthen our presence across various communities. Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive digital acquisition strategy by deeply understanding segment behavior, business goals, user research, and competitor benchmarking
  • Drive location-based acquisition initiatives by collaborating with the product, marketing, and data science teams to optimize targeting strategies and drive deep market penetration in key areas.
  • Work with marketing to develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition for the Amarthalink agent network.
  • Work with marketingRegularly monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and ASO, to ensure optimal reach and engagement.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis regarding agent network performance, including metrics on acquisition rates, location coverage, and agent activity.
  • Utilize analytical tools to create detailed reports and visualizations that highlight trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Track & monitor key acquisition metrics, including installs, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure that spending on digital channels delivers optimal ROI and contributes to the strategic growth objectives.
  • Work closely with other teams within the Strategy & Growth department to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for the team that provide insights into the digital performance and strategic recommendations for further growth.
  • Gather insight and collaborate initiatives across multiple  functions (product, data, marketing, researcher)

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Over 3 years of experience in growth, with a focus on digital acquisition.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively conveying insights and strategies to stakeholders
  • Strong background in data analytics 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the retail or telecommunications sector, particularly in managing or growing agent networks.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization, data analytics tools and digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledgeable in digital acquisition fundamentals, trends and best practices is preferable
