The Digital/Front-End Experience Engineer will lead the translation of business, ecosystem, and customer requirements into scalable digital experiences across Intel Edge AI and Robotics ecosystem platforms. This role bridges stakeholders, ecosystem program owners, and development teams by converting strategic needs into user journeys, information architecture, UX standards, wireframes, and production-ready requirements.
The successful candidate will help shape unified ecosystem experiences across catalog, onboarding, qualification, training, partner enablement, and customer discovery workflows. The role sets the UX quality bar before development and ensures delivered experiences are simple, consistent, measurable, and aligned to Intel ecosystem scale objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Translate stakeholder and customer needs into product requirements, user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Define information architecture for ecosystem catalog, onboarding, qualification, training, and partner enablement experiences.
Create development-ready UX specifications that reduce ambiguity and improve build quality across internal and external delivery teams.
Partner with owners, stakeholders, business units, and development teams to prioritize platform capabilities.
Establish UX standards and design principles for consistent Edge AI, Robotics, catalog, and training experiences.
Review delivered capabilities against requirements, usability principles, and production-quality expectations.
Identify customer friction points and recommend experience improvements based on usage feedback, stakeholder inputs, and platform goals.
Support AI-native experience requirements by defining where intelligent search, recommendations, chatbot assistance, or guided workflows improve the customer journey.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in UX design, product design, human-computer interaction, information systems, computer science, product management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in UX architecture, product design, digital product management, enterprise web platforms, or customer-facing digital experience roles.
Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business requirements into clear user journeys, UX specifications, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of information architecture, content models, metadata concepts, usability principles, and platform consistency.
Experience working with engineering, product, marketing, and business stakeholders in globally distributed teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain experience tradeoffs to business and technical audiences.
