Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for CEE markets, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive stakeholder experience.
Support markets in the planning, production, adaptation, and deployment of digital content and marketing campaigns across all therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with countries and internal stakeholders to communicate project priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery updates.
Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in content creation, localization, review, approval, and campaign deployment to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Serve as a link between market needs and Global Digital HUB services, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment throughout project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, requirements, and quality standards.
Maintain clear project visibility and communication through ASANA and other collaboration tools.
Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating and supporting resolution where needed.
Support the adoption of Global Digital HUB services, processes, and ways of working across assigned markets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and content production processes.
Our Requirements:
2-4 years of professional experience in account management, client services, stakeholder engagement, marketing operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
Experience in a marketing, digital, creative, communications, or consulting agency environment is preferred.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Additional CEE languages are considered an advantage.
Higher education degree.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality delivery.
Good understanding of content production, digital marketing, or campaign deployment processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with digital solutions, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Nice to Have
Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Additional CEE language skills.
Knowledge of Agile ways of working and project management methodologies.
Project management certifications (Agile PM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.).
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): gross/zł 15 225-28 275
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 15%
