Position Description:

Imperva, a Thales Company, is seeking a Digital Engagement Coordinator for a 12-month placement to support our Digital Community and Customer Success teams, catering to over 13,000 customers worldwide. This role will primarily focus on enhancing Imperva’s digital Community, a collaborative platform for customers to ask questions, share insights, and connect with both peers and Imperva experts. The position will also involve activities supporting our Digital Engagement Program.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. They will be responsible for developing and delivering a program of enablement content and communications designed to help customers achieve their goals and maximize the value of their Imperva products. The key objective will be to drive and retain customer engagement within the Community, thereby enhancing the overall User Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Imperva Digital Community:

  • Source feedback on unresolved discussion threads from subject matter experts to ensure timely, informative responses.

  • Review and update existing content; identify content gaps.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team to measure the effectiveness of community areas and content.

  • Optimize member access and utilization of the platform through direct contact and development of enablement resources and user tips.

  • Draft and proofread various content formats (e.g., blog posts, webinar invitations, scripts).

  • Edit and upload video content.

  • Upload regular and ad hoc reports and content to the community site.

  • Promote and facilitate live community events.

  • Enhance the user experience and interface of the Community site.

  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis.

  • Coordinate the Community Champion program.

  • Work with data analysts to improve reporting mechanisms.

  • Support the Digital Community Manager on strategic projects and reporting.

  • May be asked to support the Digital Program Managers on an ad Hoc basis

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for enhancing user experience.

  • Familiarity with online marketing, communities and analytics is preferred.

  • Ability to analyze trends and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills*

  • Foundational understanding of Customer Success in the technology industry.

  • Experience with video editing software.

  • Comfortable working with software to create professional documentation and content.
