The Digital Enablement Team supports Global Business Services (GBS) by delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen data transparency, and enable continuous process improvement. Operating within the Digital Strategy and Deployment team, this role partners closely with GBS Operations leadership and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to advance digital initiatives across global service operations.
The Digital Enablement Senior Business Analyst supports cross-functional initiatives spanning automation, data analytics, reporting enhancement, data transformation, KPI expansion, and web-based application enablement. The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with operational objectives and enterprise standards.
The position collaborates with delivery teams across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
Partners with GBS Operations leadership and Global Process Owners (GPOs) prioritize digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and performance visibility.
Oversee digitalization efforts (automation, AI, business intelligence) for the SSC workstreams (R2R, P2P, Customer Care, O2C)
Closely partner with GPO to drive development pipeline for the workstream
Lead requirements gathering activities and document functional and non-functional requirements to support automation, analytics, reporting, and data transformation initiatives.
Support current-state and future-state process analysis to identify improvement opportunities across end-to-end operational processes.
Facilitate structured discussions and workshops to align business needs with practical and scalable digital solutions.
Support evaluation and refinement of business cases developed by GPOs, ensuring alignment between expected benefits and solution feasibility.
Contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions, including low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), business intelligence tools, automation technologies, and web-based applications (e.g., Angular, Handsontable).
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into implementable solution designs.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment readiness activities to ensure solution quality and business alignment.
Monitor initiative progress and assist in tracking post-implementation performance to support continuous improvement efforts.
Work closely with global delivery teams across Costa Rica, Hungary, the Philippines, and Bulgaria to coordinate execution and knowledge sharing.
Maintain awareness of emerging digital capabilities, including AI-enabled automation and intelligent workflow technologies, and contribute to evaluating their potential applicability within GBS.
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, analytics enablement, or process improvement within a multinational organization.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operational stakeholders and Global Process Owners.
Strong capabilities in requirements documentation, process analysis, and solution scoping.
Experience working with business intelligence platforms and data analytics environments.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) or comparable tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Experience supporting data transformation or reporting modernization initiatives.
Exposure to web application development environments (e.g., Angular, Handsontable).
Exposure to JIRA and Smartsheet tracking capabilities.
Familiarity with AI-enabled automation or intelligent workflow solutions.
Experience in at least one of the following processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Customer Care)
Proficiency in Spanish or Hungarian is advantageous.
Working Conditions
This position is based in Hungary; occasional international travel may be required.
Regular collaboration across global time zones is expected.
