What you are going to do
- Extend functionalities of the current Salesforce module
- Manage the business-side implementation of the Salesforce Claims Module
- Improve documentation, governance, controls, auditability and operating procedures
- Train a successor and ensure structured handover of responsibilities

Who you are
- Experienced Product Owner, Business Owner, Application Owner, or Salesforce Business Lead
- Strong experience managing business requirements and product backlogs
- Demonstrated experience driving business adoption and process change
- Strong governance, risk, and control awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
