As a Digital Document Services Specialist in Digital Document Services, you will review and index executed documentation to support account opening and product setup, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will contribute to regulatory and data migration initiatives by applying strong attention to detail, effective prioritization, and clear communication. You will help strengthen an efficient operating framework through collaboration across teams and locations.
Job responsibilities
- Review executed client documentation to support account opening and product setup in JPMorganChase systems
- Index documentation accurately and consistently to ensure reliable retrieval and downstream processing
- Analyze standard documentation to assess impact, scope, and potential issues across multiple regions
- Identify exceptions, risks, and documentation gaps, and escalate for timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal partners to resolve disputed points within defined timeframes
- Partner with Legal, Business, Operations, and Technology to support an efficient operating framework
- Support regulatory initiatives, including client transfers between legal entities, by executing documentation and indexing activities accurately
- Support data migration initiatives by ensuring documentation readiness, completeness, and alignment to required standards
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders across locations
- Maintain productivity and quality standards, prioritizing accuracy and control adherence
