About the role
Digital is If’s primary sales and service channel in the B2C segment, with high ambitions into the future. You will be in the center of this journey, and your efforts will be directly appreciated by millions of customers and visitors daily.
As Digital development / digital sales manager in If you initiate and lead activities to develop world class customer journeys for digital sales of insurance in the Norwegian B2C segment. You will be a key driver of If’s digital agenda at the Oslo office, exploring new ways of collaboration with stakeholders and nurturing a culture of digitalization. You´ll have a central role in driving digital sales results by making our digital sales journeys better and smoother for visitors and customers. You will also have a chance to participate in and lead strategically important initiatives across the digital domain.
Belonging to the Digital Sales & Customer Experience organization, you will be part of a Nordic competence Chapter that consists of skilled and engaged professionals with similar skills, working with e-commerce, product ownership and projects across the B2C operations. The chapter is your home team, focusing on professional & personal growth.
For quick turn-around time, efficiency and fun, you will work in our cross-functional, virtual operating model. Your placement will be in one of our agile Tribes, where you create customer value together with your colleagues. The Reactor Tribe is responsible for Digital Sales and the development and improvement of our digital customer sales journeys in webshops and associated applications. It is a cross-functional team with multiple competences in Software development, Content, Web Analytics and E-Com / Digital Business Development. You may also contribute in or drive strategic cross-tribe initiatives as needed.

About the team
DS&CX is a Nordic unit responsible for meeting increasing digital demands from our customers with an agile mindset and working methods. We are responsible for building and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences that increase sales and improve retention and customer satisfaction. The unit brings together digital sales and services, customer analytics, 1-to-1 Marketing/CRM, API product management, and UX and service design under one roof.

You have a customer focused mindset combined with sales/commercial knowledge and you are intrigued by factors that can influence consumer buying motives and online usage in the intersection between serving customers & leveraging on business opportunities. Relevant academic / university degree

Proven results from leading initiatives or teams around digital development or digital transformation.

Proven results from successfully owning and leading sales growth are an advantage.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian
