JD Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant / Developer with over 5+ years of specialized expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle), and Eloqua. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, Problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and Agile Scrum methodologies, with proven experience. Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ solutions. Conduct discovery workshops, gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into user stories and functional /Technical specifications. Provide ongoing support post-implementation by analyzing case trends, resolving issues, and recommending process improvements. Develop KPIs and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics to provide actionable business insights. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and smooth delivery of features. Lead due diligence efforts and transformation roadmaps for operational and technological improvements. Hands on experience with Apex, LWC and salesforce configurations a must.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ (Oracle), and Eloqua
- Hands-on Apex development experience
- Hands-on Lightning Web Components (LWC) development experience
- Strong Salesforce configuration skills
- Experience building KPIs and dashboards with Salesforce Einstein Analytics
- Proven business analysis, problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience running discovery workshops and translating requirements into user stories and functional/technical specifications
- Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
- Experience providing post-implementation support and recommending process improvements
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Ability to facilitate communication between business and IT teams
- Experience leading due diligence and transformation roadmaps
- Advanced English
- Must be located in Mexico (remote)
